How do if the instrument is twisted?

If the instrument has become bent as a result of improper handling or impact, do not attempt to straighten it, it is very likely to break. Indeed, our instruments are hardened to withstand the use for which they are intended. We can reverse the process. You just need to send them back to us for repair.

Can you repair non-eye surgery instruments?

Yes, we will study the requests and make quotes on a case-by-case basis. Of course, we will refuse instruments that are outside of our competence, for example, we do not repair electronics or engines.

Can you repair diamond knives?

No, we do not have the necessary equipment for this kind of repair.

How should the instruments be packed for sending for repair?

Instruments should be packaged separately with as much protection as possible. At best in their original packaging. If you have run out of it, do not hesitate to put the instrument securely in its bag, closed, to prevent it from wandering around and being further damaged during transport. It would be a shame if an instrument arrives at us irreparable when well protected, we could have repaired it.

Can you sharpen non-eye surgery instruments?

Yes, we can sharpen chisels, chisels, etc ... we study the requests and make quotes on a case by case basis.

Does the warranty cover the repair of instruments damaged during handling after unpacking?

No, and to avoid any problems when unpacking the instrument, we recommend that you lay the instrument packaging flat on a table when opening it.

I would like to have a logo added to my instruments, what format should I provide?

The best format for engraving a logo is svg or dxf. If this is not possible, a black and white logo with good quality in jpg format, but this requires reprocessing of the image, which will be charged extra.

What material should I use to clean the ends of my instruments without damaging them?
